Ardent Consulting was founded on 12th July 2004 and got incorporated on 15th of March 2006 under the Companies and Allied Matters Decree 1990 with Registration No RC648148.We work, using our consolidated know-how and experience, with Private Sector as well as Public bodies and International Organizations, supplying tailor-made services to Micro, Small Medium and Large sized organizations. Today our aim is to build up our organization into one of African Consultancy and Financial Advisory services groups, becoming a trustworthy market leader which guarantees the satisfaction of its clients. We remain an organization which works with the most up-to-date methodologies and know-how, in harmony with the requirements of local and international groups. We also continue to use our complete understanding of the diverse cultures and specific needs inherent to the local needs of our clients.Our clients include:

Our Team

The key members of our management team include:              

NASIR A. ABDULLAHI-Managing.

He is a 1987 Bsc Accounting (second class upper) and MBA (1998) all from Bayero University Kano.He has upwards of 10 year experience in banking. He was Executive Director of Proactive Trust and Investment Company-Abuja (a Financial Advisory Services firm) from 1998-2000. He was also the Chief Operating Officer of New Dimension Konsult Ltd (a Kaduna based Management Consultancy organization) from 2000 – 2003. He is a Director in so many companies. He is married with children. He has attended various courses, seminars and conferences, locally and internationally.

Umar Adamu Salihu – Chief Operating Officer.

Had his first degree in Economics (1987) at Bayero University Kano and a Masters degree in International Affairs and Diplomacy from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria. He has worked with Kano State Budget and Economic Planning Ministry from where he joined Unipetrol Nig. Plc now Oando Plc in 1990. He rose to the position of senior Manager having gone through various units, departments and Divisions of the company. He has worked as a sales representatives divisional Sales Manager, Divisional Training Officer. Divisional Manager & National Lubes Manager. He resigned from Oando on 2005 to form Ardent Consulting Ltd. Umar has attended various specialized courses, seminars, conferences and Retreats. He is a Director of Tradox Services Ltd, Lufty Pharmaceuticals, amongst other companies. He is married with children

Najib A. Imam (ACA) – Associate Consultan

He has a BSc Accounting & Masters in International Relations & Diplomacy all from  Ahmadu Bello University – Zaria. He also possesses a post graduate Diploma in Legal Studies. He is Chartered Accountant. Najib has worked in Banking, Investment and trading Organizations. He is a partner in Ahmed, Zakari & Co (chartered Accountants). He was married with children

Abubakar S. Minjibir – Associate Consultant.

Had his first degree in Chemistry and Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Bayero University – Kano. He has wide and deep experience in Oil and Gas marketing having worked in Unipetrol (now Oando) over a 15 years period. He also helped set – up various units such as SBU (Specialized business Unit), Industrial Customers ICU as well as the NURTW Unit. He has attended several courses locally and internationally. He is married with children
